Question 1

What does online self-service mean?

Accepted Answer

Wherever your guests are, on desktop or mobile, they can book, pay (a deposit), change, reschedule or cancel online, quickly and easily, 24/7.

Question 2

What is a smart booking engine?

Accepted Answer

With a separate algorithm for each type of activity, the system automatically makes offers that lead to optimal occupancy. We understand better than anyone that different activities need a different approach. Our 'smart booking engine' takes the specific requirements of every product and activity into account: Apply lead-in times to activities and products. Use a different algorithm for each activity. Offer lanes in pairs (no lanes left on their own). Account for lost seats. Opening hours based on periods. Account for the number of start slots, number of groups and extra turnaround time. Packages with different start intervals per activity (automatic breaks).

Question 3

How do I free up more time for my guests?

Accepted Answer

Changes are made in one central place. That leaves you and your team time to give your guests your full attention: No separate venue management system needed. POS integrations with a range of suppliers. Built-in task lists and notes. Quote management + provisional bookings. Fast and intuitive for new users.

Question 4

What are the key features?

Accepted Answer

Honestly, there are too many to list. But here are a few of our most important ones: Use discount codes and gift vouchers. Live updates, so everyone sees the latest changes straight away. Planning boards you can tailor per activity. Define your own overviews so everyone has the right data at hand. Easily set several price levels for a package. Quickly change your range of packages and products. Back office linked directly to your (booking) website.
